Yes you're quite correct doc.. I'm on Southern Türkiye on the Mediterranean coast, so many lemons, oranges and citrus fruits here.. Of course it's good to take the lemon juice everyday too with your garlic or maybe apple cider vinegar etc. . which I know you have often told is how good for your health.. Thankypu

Thanks Doc....I also use lemon essential oil in my diffuser, which is also a mood enhancer.🙏🏽👍🏽⚘️🌻🌻🌻🍋🍋🍋

Yes, smelling them is refreshing. Ingesting too much of them is not if you have acid reflux. It took awhile for me to realize this.

I have heart and hence congestion issues. Among many of your tips lemon with water and sometimes apple cider vinegar gets me through the morning when I wake up. So does Mullein, Tea Tree oil and Oregano oil. Real difference. I have also dropped a decent amount of weight which also helps a great deal.

Another good trick is put some rosemary in a candle or a bunch in a saucepan with some carrier oil…this makes you super alert (and way smarter too) in a matter of 15mins or less…who knew!!? ❤
