I just want to take a moment to thank you for this meditation. Today, I felt inclined to do some yoga focused on the heart chakra and after I was called to do a meditation for the heart as well. I found your video and instantly felt safe. As I went through the meditation, I felt so much love and so safe in the softness of my heart. In that cave, I cried!!!
