I got through 22 minutes this morning. This meditation was just what I needed. Coming off of a really bad breakup who I thought was my soul mate. I had lost hope and the belief in love.

I did have a figure of my twin flame come. I did feel their presence that brought so much peace and grounding to me. When asked their name my brain blurted out one of my best friends's name. Which they have crossed my mind a lot since my fiancée and I broke up. But when I settled back into the meditation the figure told me "You can call me love, you can call me trust, and you can call me growth" which I found the most beautiful response. Because that's not necessarily something outside of me. I feel like that's what I need to show myself.

WOW! Our Inner Union is really intimate & in bliss. When you said "Imagine golden chord from your heart connect to Divine Counterpart heart", after my golden chord attach to my DM heart, he also sent pink chord from his heart & it attach to my heart. My golden chord & his pink chord are intertwined into chain. When this meditation end, my Heart Chakra is fully open. While writing this, my Heart Chakra still open. I hear he says "I'm opening your Heart Chakra".
