Amit Shah claimed that the people of the capital know who carry out development works and who does only lip service. I live in Delhi and can see Delhi Govt add on every pillars, walls, bus stand shed, metro, airport and hear every second on fm channels. Kejriwal spends more on add than the cost of the project. It was surprising when he advertised in Maharastra news papers for Delhi's local schemes.
