The ones I make never rise so I have to cook forever. I can't make them thinner or they don't come off the plastic/waxpaper. I don't have a press so I think I may need to find tips for making them by hand. Or I'm adding too much water, but it's not sticky and it's not cracking. I need to find another way to cook the dough that's easy until I can figure it out.
