How to Insert Contacts Using Data Loader in Salesforce

You said you prepared the file, but did not show us how long that would take. We get many cvs files from different souices, so there is no way we would have the time to edit each variation. There is not customer account, ever, we may get name not fist and last or some with and without emails, etc. The data will be similar, but variations will be in the headers and the fact that we go after real estate properties, so we will have address, city, zip, and may or may not have all the required fields. Do you have videos on how you prepare files to put into Salesforce?
