The flexibility of being an Insurance Agent seems like the biggest PRO!!

I remember the first time I signed with an independent agency they outlined a monthly Income driven by my potential sales. I didn’t even come near it but it motivated me to become a hungry agent and grind my butt off! New sub 💪🏽

I passed my life insurance on 8/31/21. I’m so happy, but I’m going back to get my P&C license as well possibly in a couple months. I also have picked the agency/brokerage that I’m going to be partner with or working with as well. Do you happen to talk about this in your prior videos and if so what’s the name of the video?

I certainly believe the pros outweigh the cons. Being an Insurance Agent, like any job, takes time and consistency. There is a lot of groundwork at play especially if you are newly licensed and building your book. On the lowest days I remind myself of the flexibility I have over prior jobs and to keep pushing on because of residual income. Many Agents that I have met over time all live or have lived great lives by dedicating their careers to growing their book. In my own experience, I can only speak from the Commercial side of P&C Insurance. Best of luck to everyone out there grinding day in and day out!

I have no experience on insurance agent but I’m very interested in learning how to be an insurance agent. Im currently in the healthcare industry & I wanna change my career & start working remotely, I’ve been applying to some insurance agent jobs & I got an interview for one. I’m definitely a people person & have good customer service experience.

I want something new & different. I’m glad to learn what I need to know about this job/position.
Just nervous about the interview & the unexpected

I've been thinking about selling insurance for a little while now, mostly because it seems so easy to get into. But now that you pointed out that it's not a hustle or a side gig I'm started to reconsider. I kind of wanted to get into to it to help pay for college but it sounds like I probably shouldn't since I don't plan on sticking with it for more than 2-3 years.

I gave up, I'm not passionate about this industry where I saw little results. I experienced immediate results selling Real Estate, should have never stop selling homes.

I have a job with good pay and the retirement is amazing, I only work Mon - Thursday right now, do you think its possible to succeed working Fri - Sun in this business? I know you said its not the kind of job that is a side hustle I'm just wondering why not?

Freedom of schedule is definitely one of the biggest upsides but I also see it as a double edged sword. It can be difficult to be accountable to a schedule especially if you’ve worked a 9-5 for so many years where your schedule is essentially handed to you.

I passed my life/health insurance exam and I have my first two clients. Ny life is offering me 80 percent commission . Is it better to be independent or work with a company ?

I deal with insurance agents daily for my job and they get on my nerves. Insurance agents for business insurance don't seem to like their jobs and are unprofessional. This is not for everyone to do.

This video was amazing and informative! Thank you so much! Been looking for remote sales jobs and applied for a bunch of different insurance companies and have a few interviews set up, but wanted to get more information to see if this was a career I wanted to continue pursuing. And thanks to you, I feel like this may be the right fit for me! You definitely have a new subscriber 🎉

I am a Benefits Specialist Advocate and it is my job to advocate for people. I take my job personally! I want my people on ALL sides to be well-informed and ok!!! In my current position, I can educate but can't sway a decision, which I am ok with that! I want to empower people with information so that they can decide what is best for them! Every person and family have different needs; it is essential for me to let them know what their options are so that they can make an educated decision.
I work with CEO's and with those who may not be able to read the words in the documents provided, and I want both to have the same access 100%; that is the reason I am questioning if I should be looking into being an agent?
Any suggestions?!

Lazy, not self motivated people don’t seem to make it in any profession in my perspective.
