This is a simple, easy, especially delicious recipe to make a blue cheese sauce. I was inspired by Pioneer women for this recipe, however, I made a couple changes to make it my own.

Thanks for the awesome short vid. I just made this sauce for the first time but I added a small veg stock pot and a lot of chives. It's incredible. I've just poured it over cauliflower and put it in the oven to brown. Cheers!

I've seen a lot of people just mixing mayo and gorgonzola and calling that "thing" a blue cheese sauce...
