I finely dice garlic and white onion sweat off then add cream and cheese. Half a tsp of nutmeg and fresh thyme

Brown some garlic first then add the blue cheese and cream and cook and then add some oregano and dried parsley and mix thoroughly and shut off.

Is there a good replacement for cream ? All I have is whole milk and half &half ?
