How to make Blue Cheese Sauce (a staple in upstate NY bar food) #shorts

Add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 fine diced shallot, few drops of Worcestershire, and a few drops of hot sauce. I have turned many on to bleu cheese dressing with this recipe.

i like 2 parts mayo 1 part sour cream and a shot of apple cider vinegar and worcestershire

You need to add either red wine vinegar and or some w sauce for acidity

I make my sauce with half a pound of imported gorgonza, half a cup of mayo and a quarter cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese over a iceberg, lettuce, wedge.

And then I have to go to the ER.

Have you ever tried making it with cream cheese? I'm not a fan of too much mayonnaise. A bit as a dressing OK, but not as a main ingredient.
