Been following Chris' work for years and he is spot on. Just popped on here to give you an example that has literally just happened with me. Have a 'thing' with a girl living abroad in Italy. ON the back of me visiting her it was established she wasn't really into anything serious because of our distance. Must admit I made a slight error with getting her some flowers delivered on Valentine's day. She did love them and it got her emotional (which I assume is a slightly good thing in a way) but after she thanked me profusely for them and said 'speak to you soon' I didn't hear a thing from her which was a bit odd to me given the recent circumstances of my good visit and the emotion she felt with the flowers. Activated no contact and left the ball in her court. Literally 2 weeks went by, which was tricky - but they do always come back. Got a very lovey dovey message this morning and wanted to come on here to say Chris is not bullshitting about no contact and mirroring her.

Rebuild respect by walking away, blocking her, or delete her number, until she come's to the realization that she's out of line with her toxic behaviour that will not be tolerated, if she finally come's to her senses and decides to return, it will be with the stipulation that if she repeats her disrespectful behaviour, she will no longer be a part of your life and she will be permanently terminated and utterly banished from your presence

Initially I thought making her the center of my world and loving her is all that was needed to keep her but I was mistaken. And I found this out the hard way. The level of disrespect and inconsideration I received is not what I was prepared for. Hurt me deeply. Took me a while to come to terms with the entire scenario. Been in no contact for over a month now and I can feel the power dynamic shifting. Maybe its psychological maybe not but as long as I feel things are progressing in the right direction, Im content.

And the only way to bring back respect? Calmly state it's not working for you and walk away forever. Don't wait for her to do it, you know deep down that it's coming if you don't take the initiative. Don't force her to make the masculine decision. You might never hear from her again, but she will respect you.

Almost 49, I’ve got to a stage where I take a step back and objectively and logically look at how women operate / female nature.

As they’re driven solely and dictated to by their emotions and behave accordingly, it would seem apparent that it’s madness for a man to invest in them.

They make big life decisions based on emotions, these are in constant flux, minute by minute, hour by hour and that’s dangerous.

Relationship equity means nothing to them. This is the hardest aspect of female nature to accept.

All she cares about is how she feels in that moment. Whether you’ve been with her 5 months, 5 years, or 25 years, it doesn’t matter, if she’s not feeling it, you’re toast and she’s looking for your replacement.

How can you seriously plan a future and make life changing decisions with someone who operates like this?

Chris, I had been looking for the best way to reach you for a video idea. You've said many times that no contact until a woman reaches out is the best way to go. What I've often encountered is women who seem to "bait" me to reaching out first. Examples: 1) Electronic communication sent to a group, me included; 2) Social media posts that seem engineered to pique my interest, and illicit comment; 3) Invitations to social gatherings from mutual friends where she will be present, etc. These efforts have a commonality that she can't be pegged as definitively having made a personal effort for me in particular. Have your other followers encountered this, and is the topic worth a video?

My wife sometimes just gets upset out of nowhere and refuses to talk to me about it. Instead she will give me the silent treatment for a few days, which is really draining. It usually leads me to getting quite irritated and easily to flip.
