Always buy THE shoe of 2-3 years ago on sale. You really need just 2 for training and race day. Replace when broken or performance is not up to par.

1. Easy/recovery + long run
2. Speedwork

I have 8 pairs of daily trainers 4 pairs of Tempo shoes and three pairs of racers all bought in one year. I’m stuck in that rabbit hole. I just need to sell all of them start over again and remind myself I need 2 pairs of daily trainers one Tempo and one pair of race shoes.

Adidas Boston 12 and Hoka Clifton 9 for Tempo, Asics Nimbus 25 for long and easy runs. Is this a good rotation or is something wrong with what i use?

All of them! Just kidding. Rotate at least 3 pairs to prevent overuse injuries.

What running shoes should I buy? I run 2-3 miles, 4 days a week, and the current shoes I have are asics Novablast. And they feel too cushiony if that makes sense. I run at a pretty fast pace also.

2018 i had a pair of mizuno wave shadow. The perfect allrounder!
10k pb and and really good 63.3km ultratrail with the same shoe!
