I wish I had this kind of analysis for super-shoes in Costa Rica. With so many different brands available and their own twist on how they propel you forward, it is hard to choose something that will actually be a good fit, and I am not going through a trial and error process just to find out. It would be too pricey for a pair I would only use in events and to train on once in a while.

I just go to Ross and hit the track. We as human were meant to run barefoot anyways so this is just a old lady’s way of wasting time
