Thanks for the video however after following all the steps the size of the recovery partition has not increased. Also I have seen numerous variations of these instruction where the shrink command is done on the recovery partition, system and in your case the primary partition. In the case of shrinking the recovery/system partitions both were blocked by cmd and in your instructions it worked fine but my recovery partition is the same size after all the steps.

Use the Minitool Partition program to Move/Resize Partition on C drive and then add space to the Recovery Partition.

I followed this tutorial the first time I didn't succeed because even though I had compressed the partition to 250mb it wasn't enough to do the update, then I increased it and used 350mb and I had more space for updates so I solved everything, thanks
