Thank you! This worked for me on Windows server 2022. One down, 39 more to go. Here is the instructions in text:
FIX:
-Launch elevated cmd prompt
-Run " reagentc /info "
-reagentc /disable
-diskpart, then list disk
-select disk 0 (or 1 for main hd)
-list disk, then list part
-Locate Primary (Main HD Part) and identify Recovery Part
-From cmd > select Partition # (number of Primary)
-list part, note * to left of selected part
-shrink desired=250 minimum=250
-list part, now select Recovery part - ex. select Partition 4
-delete partition override
-list part, recovery should be deleted
-list disk
-create partition primary
-gpt attributes
-list part, Make sure Recovery part is selected
-format quick fs=ntfs label="Windows RE tools"
-list vol and verify
-exit
-Run " reagentc /info "
-reagentc /enable, then rerun " reagent /info "
-exit

this part not working

create partition primary

i follow the same steps for MBR partition id=27
but one i get the format step it turn the partition to primary instead of recovery
