Actually, I believe their frappuccino base is just xanthan gum or some other binding agent. It helps the drink blend more cohesively into a smooth consistency instead of being chunky and icy. I work at a boba shop and we use a similar mixture to make our blended drinks. I would die for that Krispy Kreme recipe tho, their donuts are amazing
