Located in Germantown, Wisconsin, Gehl Foods produces shelf-stable dairy products for a global market. Producing such brands as Gehl's Nacho Cheese Sauce and Gehl's Main Street Café Yogurt Smoothie, to name but two brands.

Founded in 1886 by her grandfather, John P. Gehl, as a way to make better butter for the local market, Katherine now controls a business generating over $250 million in yearly revenue, employing over 300 people in four separate facilities, operating eleven production lines in over 800,000 square feet of space, and serving over 200,000 restaurant and food service customers. They also sell certain products at major retailers worldwide.

In this episode Katherine takes Peter Harkin, our CEO from the previous show, on a tour of Gehl Foods. They discuss business issues including corporate culture, a labor skills gap and the effects marketplace changes have upon how a company remains successful.
