Just a yoga teacher mopping up sweat after a great workout for our barre, vinyasa, and hatha combo on Thursday/Friday nights. Every week we get the disco lights going and I bring out my bubble gun! It's a great time doing yoga and celebrating the week, cleaning the room and mopping sweat at the end is the after party.
