And Europe (especially the UK) has so much red tape around everything and I mean EVERYTHING! So it makes it so hard and expensive for people with amazing brands like you to sell here! Meaning so many people can’t get their hands on these amazing brands because so many smaller brands don’t want to sell here because it’s so god dam hard! 😔

Can I just say back in 2015 I got in such the habit of shopping and returning my purchases at Sephora just so I could go shopping again and I'm SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF. Now I make absolute 100% sure that I'm buying something because I LOVE the product and I will never shy away from asking for a sample ever again. Return policies in this country are absolutely crazy in my opinion. I will never do that ever again.

I love your products tho!! I fell out of love with makeup and didn’t wear it much for a couple years… just restarting my makeup collection and I have your lipglosses, lipstick, two eyeshadow palettes… just bought a blush palette for my sister. It’s clear even with the learning curve you have produced some incredible products and the packaging is unmatched.

Oh yeah. Going through this myself. Even supplies have an MOQ which was crappy to learn so my it took forever from starting to buy supplies and time them by which supplies have an exp etc yikes
*Edit* also I have another one! Name hawks! No one told me about name hawks until a supplier did. She said watch out saying the name of your product so other brands large and small take them and launch them themselves
