How can you have a knife that hard that won't chip? I always thought hardness came with brittleness, but the tip not breaking on cement cleared that up! How is that possible? I know the steel is harder than the block but how does the tip stay fine?

How do you get you Lanski sharpener to hold tightly while sharpening? I make knives with 3/16ths O1.. I can never get the clamp to hold the knife securely...

How do you find O1 tool steel holds up to rust?

I've been using 1095 knives and wanted to branch out into the O1 but I feel like you need a good patina on it to protect it because of how easily it oxidizes.

Found the video from instructables. Those are some great looking knives! Very tough too, really impressive. You should look up theApostleP channel if you haven't already found it on here. You guys would get along very well I imagine. Looking forward to seeing more projects.
