I prefer Aldi overall for most items however when I do get fish I usually get it fresh from my local fish monger.

I'm glad I have Aldi and Lidl.. 10 other grocery stores that run better prices and quality than Walmart. I never shop Walmart where I live in NC. The sale prices in the other stores beat Walmart, also the other stores have cashiers unload your cart, bag, reload your cart. I live in Wake Forest, North Carolina which is close to Raleigh.
When I visit my family in Cullman, Alabama, less stores and no competition of sales. Only Aldi, Walmart, Piggy Wiggy and Publix. I have to choose between Aldi, Walmart or Publix. I only shop Walmart during this once a year visit. I hate self checkout. To the point Aldi over Walmart.

Items I was getting at Walmart, are and have been for two years fresher and longer lasting - then what we were getting at Walmart.

What Walmart was that? Mine has only 4 freezer doors and it's mostly shrimp. Pathetic .

Mercury and farmed fish toxicity be damned! Don't report on human health issues. Clearly, you believe price is the only valuable factor. Therefore, your feeble opinion is not a factor.
