You need to buy the same foods at both stores to be able to make a comparison. I’d pick Aldi any day. They’re food is fresh and they don’t put you through the third degree if you need to return anything. “Fresh” fruits and veggies at Walmart always look like they been sitting around too long.

To save money and eat well, the smart way is to look at all the ads, buy as many items that are on sale, and if the price is right, buy extra and stock up. Plan your menu around what you purchase. It works great, you eat well and save money! It may take a little work, shopping at so many different stores, but boy, literally pays off in the end. Try!!
