The wake up call has finally happened. I drank regular normal morning tea, but got to the point where I realised that there were no health benefits, and ironically, I didn't even like the taste (oh well, being English)!, So I started looking at drinking herb and spice teas from the jars in the kitchen cupboard, hence, and...a great thank you to this channel, I now have many, varied, tasty, healthy drinks of spice and herb teas every day, it's just that the tea drinkers think I'm weird....as those people would. "Would you like an Earl Grey thank you, I'll have an Oregano, Coriander Mint please".

I add clove powder along with Ceylon cinnamon and some nutmeg to my morning oats, etc., every day. Oregano is my herb of choice for all salads and in many stir fries.

I must have been watching too many videos from Dr. Greger.
Cloves, nigella and oregano, every day in my morning smoothie ! Plus ginger, curcumin/pepper, cinnamon, parsley, and amla. Plus spinach, celery and beetroot (and Rosa Canina - Cynorhodon - powder lately) :-)

Very interesting. I need to add these to my diet. Oregano is the only one of those I use and very occasionally, cloves. (In Australia and NZ we pronounce oregano the same as in the UK btw 👍). Thanks so much for the video!
