Man, something about those houses where the garage sticks way out from the front door. I feel like it takes away from the house. I would not pay $300k+ for a house like that.

Unbelievable! $980K. The persons that buy this have more money than brains. Can we take a look back 2008?

It's a cool house but $980k in a town where the median is $500k (which still seems high for SD) is insane. Why are they asking so much?

2:31 “Smell” can often be negative, if it’s pleasant it’s known as a “Scent”. 😉 😂

This is one of the "cheaper" homes on this channel. Amazed there are that many folks who can buy a 1 to 1.5 million dollar home. I used a Chase calculator and basically for a 30 year mortgage to buy a 1.1 million dollar home you need to be making 200K a year. Indeed two people making 100K a year. If you can put down 250K then you can buy a 1.5 million dollar home.

Whew, that's priced high! I love the square footage total, but I don't like when the garage extends out that far. It takes away from the home and all you see is garage. I do love the interior doors and trim and would love to see it with wood stained crown molding. And I'm over the all white kitchen cabinets and open floor plans honestly.

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, the fireplace, the deck, and the master bathroom. In the basement, I would put other bedrooms and a bathroom.

Beautiful fireplace, but I need symmetry - I don’t care the bench. I would change it to match the bookcase.

Florida my home in 2018: 180K 1020 Sq ft 2.85% fixed rate, now I can sell it for 360k [doubled] and it would be 6%+ with prime credit... what a day we live in.

Looks like a cutter. No curb appeal. Thumbs down

For the size of the house the pantry is not to bad. Bedroom next to the kitchen, not for me.

I guess it depends on where you are from or live. Where I live we have million dollar row homes so this house doesn't seem overpriced to me. I like the layout and how it was staged.

I would have done both garage tops the same. Either all white or all brown. Also should have had the cabinets match on both sides of the fireplace. Very lopsided.

Talking about smells when touring a home. When we were selling our home I would have my electric smoker going in the attached garage during every showing. Our realtor finally asked what we were cooking during every showing. We told it was just an empty smoker we just did it for the aroma of fresh bbq lol

I’m currently shopping for something very similar and for $980, 000 I’m definitely not moving to SD! I currently live in Illinois and I can get something similar on a 1/2 acre for around 700k, with KLM but I want to get out of the Democratic hell hole that is IL which is the 2nd worst with taxes. I’m looking in Fort Wayne Indiana where I can get something similar on a 1/3-1/2 acre for 600k with low taxes. My guess is that this home is over priced as many people are fleeing democratic jurisdictions and the supply of available houses is small.

980, 000 without a finished basement? That's not just over priced it's a ripoff. I wouldn't touch that house.
