I recently just had acl reconstruction and got very discouraged being on crutches and not being able to work out / train this summer for my upcoming season but this gave me the hope and optimism I needed to keep trying & get my knee where it was. thank you so much Zac and pls post more recovery videos or any tips to stay positive. ❤️

I tore my ACL last year in July and retore it this year in the end of February. It was my left knee and We used the patellar the second time. Watching these and seeing that even he has some struggles and pain it shows me that it isn’t weird to hurt . It was hard the first time and it’s been harder the second ..but I’m hoping to come back for my senior season. praying for Zac 💕 want to see the mental aspect of it to him.. it was rough for me, but it gets easier if anyone else is dealing with this type of injury just know that it gets better and the more you progress the better you feel, it’s slow but once it’s over you become stronger and you don’t take small things like walking jogging and running for granted also you’re not alone. The hardest part is trusting your leg again, after reteaching it how to walk/jog/run correctly it’s difficult to trust and it doesn’t happen over night .. just stay dedicated and know that you will heal eventually 💕💕

I think one of the most surprising things as I continue to binge all these videos is Zac’s knowledge about the body. It is quite extensive and impressive

I just recently tore my acl for a second time. I’m a week almost 2 weeks post op these recovery time videos are really helping me through it and I just wanna day thank you sm!!

Thank you for sharing your journey! My therapist just told me this week that she will be doing some of these same techniques (blood flow, cupping). The timing of this couldn't have been more perfect. Continued prayers for you and your healing!!

I just injured my knee about a month ago and have soft tissue damage under my knee cap I start physical therapy in 2 weeks your videos give me hope that my knee will get better.

I have been watching so many of your recovery videos and it has helped me get through recovery. I had my ACL reconstruction September 22nd. So I’m around 9 weeks postop. I know these videos are years old but they are still an inspiration to keep pushing. 💪🏼

As a holistic practitioner, I have found that reiki is a very powerful tool to heal the body. I have moved so many blockages of energy (that caused serious injuries) with the technique. We are our own best healers. It's amazing that we are able to use our own energy in healing ourselves. Kudos to you for using holistic techniques.
