Who Did Voldemort KILL to Create HORCRUXES? - Harry Potter Explained

Tom Marvolo Riddle was a sinister wizard. He once asked Professor Slughorn about Horcruxes, what were they? How were they made? Upon learning that one must kill in order to split one's soul to create a Horcrux, Tom ended up splitting his soul 7 times, with the last one being Harry Potter by accident. Unless I'm mistaken, Nagini has been made a Horcux after a murder of Frank Bryce: the muggle gardener who took care of the Riddle's House. Dumbledore named this theory in Half Blood Prince when speaking with Harry about Horcuxes.

Nagini was made into a Horcrux when Voldemort's original body was already destroyed and he was only living in his rudimentary form. Can a wizard do that? (Well, obviously yes) But wouldn't that quite risky? You were only living with a torn part of your soul and you further split it apart. This only shows Voldemort's carelessness and disregard of his self just to attain immortality leaving him with no sense of self at all.

It’s not unknown how Voldemort killed his father and Grandparents. He used the Killing Curse Avada Kedavra.

He actually made Nagini last. He made the ring (if I’m right) 2nd and used his dad’s death for it. He likely made it sometime after he left school though

Very interesting, besides Myrtle; I never knew any of this..although I somehow didn't realize her life was required for its completion. I only knew about the 'separation of the soul" aspect of horcruxes. Really great video man! I loved it 👍

Did he kill his parents with an Unforgivable Curse at the Beginning of the Goblet of Fire Novel and everyone in the village of Hangilton thought it was Frank who must have killed then
