2. Barry crouch jr ( the one who did everything for him and killed his own family )

Malfoy ( turned his back as soon as it would hurt his standings )
Petigrew ( only followed and helped him because he kept him safe )
Snape ( literally cheated and betrayed him )

Nagini, Bella and Then Barty Crouch. The Only ones who were really loyal. Lucius, Pettigrew etc. served him because of fear. And Greyback did it because he wanted to build his own werewolves empire. And snape was indeed the most powerful behind Voldemort but he never was a real death eater. He was able to create a patronus.

I think Barty Crouch Jr. should be higher on the list. He managed to get into Hogwarts and not be uncovered by Dumbledore himself, plus he made possible that Voldemort returned. I would rank him on 2 at least.

Nah Barty Crouch Jr., if we're being honest, should be at number 1. He fooled everyone, even Dumbledore, into believing he was Mad-Eye Moody. Moody was Dumbledore's friend so he should have known something was off and he didn't. That goes crazy and the very skill that led to Voldemort's return.

Fenrir greyback wasn’t a death eater, if you read the novels or watch @movieflame it shows that Voldemort wasn’t keen on him getting the dark mark tattooed on his arm but he did act as an intimidation ploy for death eaters like Draco Malfoy

fenrir greyback isn't even a death eater. He might be powerful but he's just a snatcher since Voldemort didn't allow any none humans to be death eaters (if you couldn't tell fenrir is a mutated werewolf). And the fact that neither dolohov nor any of the two lestrange brothers are on that list is crazy to me.
