Bootmod3 just released it's CustomROM feature for the Supra. Full flex fuel, map switching and antilag feature. It's now the way to go.

JB4 is fantastic. They’re relatively cheap, but provide great gains. Truly a bang for the buck. They even make one for the 1.4t jetta that gives it an extra 30hp over stock

Femto does full unlock now with BM3, mhd and mg tuning. Bm3 also has updated gen 2 release now... anti lag, flex fuel, map switching, etc... For all gen 2

Plenty of people making 470-480 rwhp on just a dp and JB4 (map 6 on E30). Easy low 11 sec 1/4 at 124-126 mph. Many have done it, and it's cheap :)
