In this video, I’m going to explain how to fix a chronic cough. One of the most common deficiencies is a calcium deficiency. A calcium deficiency could actually create tension and irritation in the larynx.
The best source of calcium for this problem is probably calcium lactate. Calcium lactate gets absorbed in the body really fast. Calcium lactate actually works well as a natural remedy for many other things as well.
Other potential benefits of calcium lactate:
• It may work well for canker sores or blisters
• It may help bring a fever down
• It could help a child sleep
You could develop a chronic cough from acid reflux as well, but it’s not as common. Adrenal fatigue or a vitamin B12 deficiency could also potentially cause a chronic cough.
