The 4 Personality Types - Which One Are You?

Have you ever wondered about your personality type? Or maybe someone else's too? Knowing about the different personality types can do a lot to help you effectively interact, connect, and deal with all kinds of people. Behaviorist and HR specialist Patrick Bet-David developed the “STAR System” typology of personality. “STAR” stands for structure, task, action, and relationship. Here are the 4 personality types explained and how to deal with them. Be sure to take note of which two types describe you the best, as most of us tend to fall into two categories (our primary type and our secondary type)!

T = Ravenclaw
A = Gryffindor
R = Hufflepuff
