If you study psychology, you might have learned about the 4 temperaments of personality. The four temperaments believe that people's behavior and personality are caused by the type and amount of fluids in their bodies. These fluids are categorized into 4 temperaments personality: Choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic, and melancholic. The four temperaments personality test is obviously outdated now, but if you're interested in learning more about the history of personality ideas, then this video is definitely for you!

Choleric and melancholic. I hate when things move to slow, especially on simple tasks like brushing teeth or getting dressed. or if I'm having to wait to get a ride ( can't see very well) when I'm wanting to get it done, its anxiety inducing

Seeing this is very refreshing! I feel like most people gloss over the original four temperaments. Understanding them in your own life can really help you know yourself and the vices you might struggle with. The original blood and bile bit is not accurate, but the rest stands true. A few important things to know: everyone has each of the temperaments within them, but there are usually two dominant temperaments. For instance, I'm choleric melancholic. They're always listed in pairs. They are deep-seated, core attributes that often determine how you act and react to certain things. For more information, I'd highly suggest The Temperament God Gave You by Art & Laraine Bennet.

I think it's possible to correlate the four temperaments to the four seasons, elements, directions, as well as Myers-Brings/Jungian psychological types:
-Sanguine = Spring = Air = East = Extroverted Perceiving (Ne, Se / ExxP)
-Melancholic = Fall = West = Earth = Introverted Perceiving (Ti, Fi / IxxP)
-Choleric = Summer = Fire = South = Extroverted Judging (Te, Fe / ExxJ)
-Phlegmatic = Winter = Water = North = Introverted Perceiving (Ni, Si / IxxJ)

I’m definitely a mix of choleric and melancholic sometimes I get annoyed when go too slow and when i get into conflicts my temperament get high quickly I’m trying to cool down these days but I’ve my slip ups every now and then

Strangely enough, I have a little bit of all four! This is the reason why I'm such an ambivert. I have a bit of an introverted lean, but I'm very likely to show more extroverted traits in numerous situations. Sometimes I just feel like I'm too weird of a person and can jump from temperament to temperament without any indication. Add the usual moodiness for my star sign of Cancer. Maybe this is why it's tough for me to get into a relationship?
