I'm building a ramp with a 6'10'' radius at 5.5 feet high and 16 feet wide at first (with steel pipe coping) and 10 feet of flat. I will then add an 8 foot wide elevated section (making it 24 feet wide in Phase B) that goes to 6'10'' (with pool tile) and I might even make that elevated section 7 feet high (so with 2 inches of true vert). In your experience, would this be a good design for a advanced kids/teens to take it to the next level on!? Or will it be a waste of skatelite and should I be considering an 8 foot radius? I would like the kids to be able to transfer skills to the big bowls and parks easily. Am I out to lunch?

do you need to put the top layer of wood going sideways so when you go done it it will be more smooth?

Those counter sinks are way to big you should have used a countersink that matches the head of your screws… clack clack clack clack
