Pumpkin Puree Recipe | Easy

Here is my recipe for Pumpkin Puree. Easy to make and delicious. In this video, I run you through the ingredients and steps it takes to make this recipe. Please enjoy this video and have fun making this recipe. The Puree is very rich and powerful and is great for so many different proteins.

Makes 4 Cups

Ingredients -

1 - Butternut Pumpkin (1.5kg)
1 - Brown Onion, Diced
1 - Clove Garlic, Thinly Sliced
2 tsp - Salted Butter
4 tsp - Honey
3 Tbs - Olive Oil
1 tsp - Nutmeg, Grated (optional)
2 Cups - Full Fat Cream
1 Cup - Water (to desired consistency)
Salt and Ground White Pepper to taste

Can we store this puree in an ice-cube like form in the the freezer? Im thinking of making this in a big batch and store it in the freezer so i can thaw a couple cubes at a time when i need it

Wrong country. =) . That's a squash. I was looking for the round orange kind and pleased to find something that's called pumpkin if I lived elsewhere.
