SIMPLE OVEN BAKED APPLES RECIPE WITHOUT SUGAR | INTHEKITCHENWITHELISA

I have decided to eat less sugar in January and I must admit it is pretty hard as I am craving something sweet so much. However I received some beautiful apples to test and I am trying to come up with different recipes that include apples and include no sugar. Today´s recipe couldn´t be simpler and faster to make and still it tastes really delicious and keeps your sweet tooth satisfied. I hope you enjoy this simple oven baked apples recipe without sugar!

THE RECIPE:

apples (as many as you have eaters)
raisins
pecan nuts (chopped)
1tsp of honey per apple
aluminium foil

1-2tbsp greek yogurt per apple
cinnamon
1tsp of honey per apple

Oh yes, eating less sugar is hard If you look on the labels of store-bought products, most of them contain additional sugar. Your baked apples look perfect and very tasty without sugar 😀😋👍
