In this video, I'll show how simple, tasty and healthy to bake apples in the oven. This recipe takes a couple of minutes of preparation, and the result is sweet and without all of the extra calories. Not everyone can eat RAW apples, and so many diets require baked apples. This dessert is delicious and for everyone.

I baked 2 Red Apples - Red Del and 2 Yellow Apples - Golden Del.
Small recommendation: Try to pick sweet apples.

• Water - 300g / 1¼ cups
Preheat the oven to 375 °F / 190 °C
Baking time - 40 minutes
