What i like about arms especially at home is you dont need a ton of stuff.All you need is a bar, weights, 2 dumbbell handles, ez curl bar and a pulley system.Once you have those you have every exercise covered.The only thing you're limited by is lack of knowledge.I always like heavy tricep training and lighter bicep stuff compared to what i used to do.Your vids have inspired me to go beastmode on the dumbbell curls.Biceps is definitely more squeezing and feeling the burn. At my age im not going to benefit at all from doing some crazy weight for 1 rep on a curl.I've done the 100 pound db curls and all it does is f'k up your wrists and joints.I always dig the homeworkout vids.
