Edit:- some people are interpreting my comment in wrong way, I just meant to say that the way gov is strict for these things would be strict in cases of crimes as well and the justice system would operate legitimately then maybe the cases of crimes would have been reduced to a far extent moreover murdering someone would not be a piece of cake :)

Please do not spread false news. She is not a JEE exam candidate. This is a video from Rajasthan's Sikar district. This girl is a 2021 REET ( Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) exam candidate. She was not allowed in just because she was 10 minutes late.
