I have a question- is it possible selenium supplementation can actually make you feel worse? Is it possible that a SNP could disrupt selenium activity where it could build up and cause negative symptoms? Thank you Justin!

I am doing 5mg of Iodine per day for now, slowly raising it. Thats mg not micro grams. Will be adding selenium. Hope it works out
