I am impressed with Hallie Jackson, her journalism is comprehensive. Hallie's overall approach is well balanced, and organized. I like to see it & she covers a lot of issues out here. I think it's great.
I & many in our community think that rumors of military movements in Russia (Region/Realm) toward other Regions are just an over-reaction to normal training exercises.
Some suspect paranoia by some Americans, regionally speaking, perhaps because of drug use/abuse, & perhaps because of Police issues in modern times.
The last footage I saw of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin Sir, showed him in a very happy good & peaceful mood. His training in Martial Arts is amazing & impressive to see. He keeps in great shape & studies many Martial Arts. He is helping to train his troops alvays & doing a veddy good job at it, he has so much training.
Vladimir can basically diffuse any situation in at least 4 languages, lol. It's just normal inter-Regional nerves going on I think. The troops training is just for fun at minimum & does not present any threat to our Eternal Universal Defense (E.U.D.), including Regionally.
All troops train in exercises like that in all Regions, it's normal.
