At this time I think this is totally stupid all the people have went through the channel s to get authorization for their payments for all programs leve them alone because they went through the channels now for over payments and floating income over and under payment just set up auto balance update like your utilities used to do they paying so much and if they owe you anything else at the end of the year they refund you or something like that not that extra money they passed, I get it and I don't you want to pass more money higher wages for all these extra workers and when it's comes to us 500.00 unpaid income.
