Thank you! I have been doing the full lotus for over 40 years, and sometime I found my knee didn't feel quite right going into the posture. So I always stopped and straightened my leg, but I never knew what was causing it. Now I realize I was twisting my knee. This technique prevents any twisting and it makes it so much easier to get into the posture.

1 close knee joint
2 open the hip
3 scoop heel up toward navel
4 across into groin
Same thing on the left: but swing the knee out to the side and then across to the groin
Exit by gently reversing the steps.
