Can money be discrete? The only numbers usable in money all go into hundredths. They are limited only to the hundredths place so thus discrete? Or are they continuous because money can be infinite?

Thanks for the video Mr. Mario, I wanted to ask you if i could state that a non continous function is always discrete. For example a function that is continous at all point but not at 0. Like a f(x)={sin(x), x<=0 and 2x+2, x>0} . I hope you can respond to this question it will be really hepful.Thank you in advanced.
