I'm so used to his characters that I don't think I've heard his real voice! Interesting hearing his personal story.

I love his courage in being vulnerable. The capacity for that is a very attractive feature of a person.

There's a fragile line between raise independent kids vs detach from them

FYI WORLD 🌎: this man’s parents were a sensational comedic duo, and even as a child in the late 60’s and early 70’s I loved 🥰 watching them on TV 😊

I relate to this a lot. My dad left when i was 4 and my separation anxiety went under the radar until almost 2 years later. My mom went on her first work trip and when i realized she hadn't come home the night before it was like a switch flipped. I broke down hysterically until she came home early bc nothing could convince me that she was coming back. I thought she was gone just like he was.

While i still dealt with that anxiety for years her and my grandparents came up with a strategy that worked perfectly for future trips. She wrote me little notes that my grandma would give me each day and then the day she got back she'd give me a little souvenir from wherever she went. For whatever reason that kept me feeling safe and connected to her ❤

Ben's parents were comedy legends. Jerry Stiller was outrageously funny.

Love Ben Stiller. I use to run into him in the West Village several years back. Had some nice conversations with him. He is so down to earth and just a great person. ❤❤❤

I just read a bit of an article. Im not positive who it was, but she was estranged from adopted daughter. And she said, back then you didn't know that you needed to interact with your child.

Now imagine being a child from a divorced family where separation and being pulled in various directions is the norm. Children bear the burden of so much. For myself, took years of healing. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and The Power of Now have helped me detach from anxiety a little bit.

Exploring . . . Past life. Soul existences. Especially when it’s causing the same anxiety in adult life. There’s so much we can remember now. 😊😊

From my own experience; To anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred, I've wasted half my life feeling it. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: 'maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had kinda androgynous look, which was a fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :) Remember; There's never anything wrong with you.

I am connected to my parents. Mainly my mother.
They aren't around anymore. It's very hard. I relate to anxiety now for me after losing both with a two year period.
I'm working on myself, exercise helps.
