This channel deserves more likes and more subscribers. I'm actually learning English, so what I do is look for videos that are 5 or 10 minutes long and watch the same video over and over again. I want to acquire as many words as possible. Sometimes it is difficult, but I remember how much I have progressed and I feel comfortable.

I believe any social agency and social scientist will strive to create social bonding activities to counteract the isolation associated with mankind’s addiction to “social” media, which is truly NOT social at all, and the smart phone that is now used as a constant companion.

I generally agree with what is being said in the video, BUT aren't there some nuances missing? I like kayaking and hiking with family and friends these days BUT I have vivid memories from PE lessons (over 30 years ago) when we were playing volleyball and my teammates hated me for a missed serve, a point lost... I sucked at volleyball, which sadly seemed to make some 50% of our PE classes. Exercising in a group of people who, mind you - were generally friendly (and really appreciated my help in maths and English) - made me very miserable back then. I preferred gymnastics and running where I was on my own. We used to run long distances in a park by the school, I usually took the second or third position after the first 200 m and then continued in blissful solitude to the finish line... Solo sport gave me freedom. Nobody to cheer me on, sure, BUT also nobody to criticize me. By the way, I am an introvert and I think lots of people like me prefer exercising with a small group of friends rather than taking part in some sports club events with 20+ strangers, no matter how nice these strangers might be. It's fine to give it a go sometimes BUT on a regular basis such activities deplete me of my inner resources - I end up feeling plain exhausted rather than energized.
