當我們開始滋滋聲打奶泡時，就讓鋼杯角度及進氣深度固定 - When we start frothing with a sizzling sound, fix the angle and air intake depth of the steel cup.

This is a great video and easy to follow however you are missing a step. After 10 seconds of having the steam wand make larger bubbles like this, you should further sink it into the milk to texturise it - turn the larger bubbles into smaller ones - which will help with your latte art :)

Put the wand off center and create a swirl like water draining down a sink. You want the milk to go in swirls as you foam.
