The philosophy of a beginner’s mind has been around for a long time and today, I will guide you to consider how this can be applied to your meditation practice as well as how it translates to approaching your daily life. When we practice a beginner’s mind, it is a way to see everything, as if for the first time. We can leave behind our biases, judgments and expectations because this moment is the only moment. We can meet the present with an open attitude. The beginner’s mind isn’t concerned with the past or the future, it attends directly to the current experience as it is happening.

My friend Judith was the embodiment of non judgement. I’ve never known anyone like her. When I asked her how she achieved it, she said that she called that part of herself Judge Judy. And she would tell herself, “thanks for sharing, bye bye..” she did it over and over. It took years. It was through her that I experienced unconditional love. They go hand in hand. ❤️🧡💙💚

I started listening guided meditation a
month ago… just 10 mins, then 20 mins this one in particular is special… still not sure the why’s. I want to thank you for creating it and share it with the world. I’m feel grateful and rewarded after scrolling the screen searching for an authentic practice to start a “brand new day”

A really great, powerful and beautifully simplistic practice. I have been using for around a week and finding it is starting to bring me into the present moment more and more each day. I have used several of these meditation with 10mins, moving to 20 and now will only accept 30mins as a minimum to dedicate to mindfulness. Thank you. 🙏

Crickets of silence usualy for Instructors of Mindfulness and Yoga in social media tips. Angry for feeling like Social Media excitement isn't acceptabele in those groups.
