I used to be a professional creativity instigator.

Hell, I “wrote the book” on creativity — LITERALLY! — and I still feel like a fraud when my business bestie tells me “Melissa, you’re so creative!” 🙄Weird, right?Not really.

Many of us are scarred around creativity.

But here’s the thing: humans are creative. Period.

It’s in our nature to be creative.

Unfortunately, many of us have learned to NOT exercise our creativity, thanks to the oppressive systems we’re immersed in.

What I can help leaders, teams, and organizations do is ACTIVATE and UNLEASH the creativity that already exists inside their people.

And since creativity is a required element of innovation, that can lead to big things.
