I’ve been doing these things religiously for a couple months now, but will be continuing to further improve. Number one for me is quitting alcohol, I've told my sister that when i quit, i will become a millionaire and help her out. Because i religiously believe in all the 7 step you said bro. I've started 3 businesses that could of been successful, and alcohol played a part in it failing. Folks, if you are struggling with alcohol, make it the number one and only focus to defeat first! because it's kills your focus and discipline, and without the 2, forget it! You can do it, just do it!

I would add that many people got an ill colon, due to the sugar we eat all day.
