STOP counting calories and tracking macros on the carnivore diet! You don't need to do it, and in this video I'm going to explain, in my experience, why you don't have to do it. So, if you're spending a lot of time counting and tracking you need to watch this video to learn how to relax on the Carnivore Diet and enjoy it.

Just yesterday I accidentally had more food out than I usually eat. So I ate my 500g or so of short ribs. A couple hours later, just to use it up, I fried up probably an equal amount of ground beef with some organ meats. I couldn't eat it. It stopped tasting good. I added it to the pot of dogs food. On The Carnivore Diet, full is Full. No longer hungry. Period.

This at the start of my carnivore journey, found this rule very hard to do. Because we all have been raised on this Calorie horse shit for so many years. But what really got me to drop the nonsense was when satiety would kick in. It is one of the most wonderful feelings you get. Where you are not physically full like when I was consuming carbs but when your brain actually stops that fork getting to your mouth. You have to feel it to believe such a thing is possible. Again super video.

First year carnivore I was counting calories, lost 94 pounds, and cured a dozen of ailments. Second year, I stopped counting them and my weight stalled for 10 months, then I gained 22 pounds OF FAT in 2 months of intense workout. Since 2 months I started counting calories again and lost 15 pounds. I takes me 10 minutes a day, but I feel so much happier and serene, knowing that my efforts are rewarded and that I don't have to constantly worry if i ate too much or too little!

I love this message! Tracking macros can consume a lot of time and make you a little crazy! Eat the right food and eat until you’re comfortably full.

The only thing I measure is dairy when I have dairy. I have to keep that reined in.

Love the message! From personal experience I think maybe at the beginning of your journey into low Carb and carnivore counting carbs could be useful for some people, but I agree in the long term, relying on your bodies intuition really works. At least for me it does.

This is kinda true for avg people but say a bodybuilder must know their macros and protein grams. They know their Maintenace calories so they can manipulate them for shows. They swap protein and fat grams which of course changes the calories. In the end calories do matter. Not nearly as much on carnivore but still matter if ur not losing like you want

I don't count or track but I do need more fat than protein. If I don't get enough fat I will over eat protein and gain weight. Too much protein will break down into sugar beyond need based

To be honest, after 2 successful years on keto, I never counted calories or macros--just ball-parked them. But with carnivore it's even more simple. I like simple. But I'm also not 100% carnivore, like most animals that are carnivore.

Calorie counting is useless. But being on a Carnivore diet for 6 months, yes I am glad I did it, But now I am addressing that I need fiber from veg to complete my natural gut biome. Everyone is different I will admit though. I have high iron and two markers on Liver function that I have to address. But thanks for your videos.

Good message. I don't count anything and complexity with something like diet is also not what I want. Maybe that is why a vegan diet did not work for me.

According to a popular keto/Carnivore nutritionist on YT, she said that we needed to eat at least 1800 calories per day. Im struggling to eat that much. Im concerned I am going to ruin metabolism and slow progress. Plus I cannot eat dairy. 😫 What can I do? I just get full. I don't want to push myself and there's only so many food options for me.

I find for those that I talk to about this, have a harder time just eating carnivore, without trying to tray this or that or the other. I am like, please just eat, your body will tell you what is good and bad. you will know what and if you need...Apparently it is hard for some to just let go...

Trying to track meat is pointless I can take 2 steaks the same cut and weight and they won't even be close to the same because of the difference in fat! Eat enough to feel full then don't eat again til your hungry unless your trying to build muscle then you have to eat a little more!

The only 2 things that I track on carnivore are my blood glucose and blood pressure. And to be honest, I'm not sure that I even need to at this point.
