I'm surprised that MacLean is not on there. They were renowned for their skills as warriors and constantly found themselves on a battlefield whether as Galloglass or fighting for Elizabeth. I would wager they deserve to be there above the Campbells and MacDonalds because both were very large, rich and powerful clans, and so the MacLeans punched far above their weight. Perhaps even the MacLeods should be on there for going toe to toe with the MacDonald juggernaut and surviving an attempt to wipe them out.

Also, the Campbells never fought for an English king, most did however fight to preserve the Hanoverian government that was popular actually in both England and Scotland, while most MacDonalds fought to replace them with the previous British dynasty, the Stewarts. It's noteworthy that some branches of MacDonald raised troops for the crown, and some Campbells fought for the Jacobites.
